Do you mount bindings before shipping?
Yes, we offer professional binding mounting services. If you purchase both skis and bindings, you can provide your boot sole length and skier information during checkout, and our certified technicians will mount them for a small fee before shipping.
What is your return policy for ski gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for new, unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that skis that have been mounted or custom-drilled are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you ship internationally?

What is the difference between 'New' and 'Demo' skis?
New skis are brand new from the manufacturer. Demo skis are used high-end models from our rental fleet; they are professionally maintained, tuned, and often come with integrated bindings, offering a great value for premium equipment.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. If you have requested a binding mount, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing. Once shipped, domestic transit usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your proximity to our Colorado warehouse.
